Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and depending on your chosen service:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Florie is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or customs processing times.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact your carrier with the tracking information provided. You can also reach out to us at info@floriebysahra.com, and we’ll do our best to help locate your parcel.
